The Olivia Wilde-directed film Don’t Worry Darling, has temporarily stopped filming in Los Angeles after a team member tested positive for COVID-19. The film stars Wilde, Florence Pugh, Harry Styles, Chris Pine, Kiki Layne, Gemma Chan, and Nick Kroll, and has been shooting since last month. The positive test was discovered after a series of ongoing tests on site, which is regularly required of all crew members on most live-action film and TV productions. The individual is currently in isolation, and cast members are quarantining as a precaution, given their close proximity to the individual.

Per guidelines, production is presumed to shut down for 14 days. Photos of the actors on Don’t Worry Darling, including Pine and Styles, were taken from around the set a day before the positive test was revealed.

15 years since Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson played best friends who crashed weddings to meet girls in Wedding Crashers, and it looks like they may be reprising their roles very soon. The 2005 comedy had an all-star cast, featuring Rachel McAdams, Isla Fisher, Christopher Walken, Jane Seymour and Bradley Cooper.

Vaughn, 50, told Entertainment Tonight earlier this week: “Owen and I and the director of Crashers have been talking for the first time seriously [about] a sequel to that movie. There has been an idea that is pretty good. So we are talking about that in the early stages.”

Wilson, 51, and Vaughn have appeared in multiple movies together, including 2013’s The Internship, which marked the first time they led a film side-by-side since Wedding Crashers.

Hilarie Burton Joins Husband Jeffrey Dean Morgan on The Walking Dead

The Walking Dead is finally introducing the woman behind Negan’s infamous baseball bat. Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s real-life wife, actress Hilarie Burton, will portray Negan’s wife Lucille in a guest-starring role for the newly added bonus episodes of season 10.

“Been pretty hard to keep this a secret,” the actress tweeted. “But I love working with @JDMorgan. I love watching him become #Negan and take on that swagger. And I love the @TheWalkingDead family. They’ve been a part of our family for ages and I’m so grateful for their kindness.”

In the Walking Dead comics, Lucille suffered from cancer before the zombie viral outbreak. Negan had been having an affair, which Lucille knew about. He eventually broke it off to spend as much time with his wife in her final moments. Lucille died as the outbreak struck and, in the post-apocalyptic times, he named his baseball bat, wrapped in barbed wire, after her.

Burton will appear in one of the six new episodes AMC added to The Walking Dead season 10, set to continue in 2021. She’s best known for her role on One Tree Hill and has more recently appeared across Council of Dads, Lethal Weapon, and Extant.

Taylor Swift is officially free to re-record her old music. Swift can now legally re-record new versions of her first five albums, which Scooter Braun gained ownership of last year following his $300 million deal with Big Machine Label Group.  Swift said last year that her contract allowed her to re-record her music in November 2020 — and her fans got #TaylorIsFree trending on Twitter.

Swift confirmed in August 2019 that she planned on re-recording her first five albums — Taylor Swift, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, and 1989 — once legally allowed to do so. “It’s something that I’m very excited about doing, because my contract says that starting November 2020, I can record albums one through five all over again. I’m very excited about it. I think that artists deserve to own their work,” she added. “I just feel very passionately about that.”

Hulu’s Castle Rock, the Stephen King-inspired anthology series, has officially been canceled after two seasons.

Created by Sam Shaw and Dustin Thomason, the series was set in the fictional Maine town of the title, which appears multiple times in King’s horror works. The first season, premiering in July 2018, took inspiration from the author’s Rita Hayworth and the Shawshank Redemption and other works, with a cast that included Andre Holland, Sissy Spacek, Bill Skarsgard, Melanie Lynskey, Scott Glenn, Jane Levy, and Terry O’Quinn.

The second season, which wrapped on Dec. 11, 2019, starred Lizzy Caplan as a young Annie Wilkes, the psychopath from King’s famous novel Misery. Tim Robbins, Yusra Warsama, Barkhad Abdi, and Matthew Alan also starred.

Other King adaptations are in production, including The Stand on CBS All Access, Mr. Mercedes on Peacock, HBO Max’s The Shining-inspired Overlook, and a second season of HBO’s The Outsider.
