Elton John and Britney Spears dropped their collaboration, “Hold Me Closer” last month, and now the duo is sharing the music video for the track.  John and Spears do not appear in the clip, and the video features a number of dancers portraying emotional and heartfelt choreography against the vibrant, colorful backdrop of Mexico City.

Director Tanu Muino said in a statement: “This was an emotional one for me as I grew up with Britney. After seeing ‘Slave For You,’ I decided that I wanted to become a video director. Elton John is an icon that I and the world grew up listening to. Going into this video, I knew there would be a lot of emotional expectations the audience and fans would have. With this responsibility, I had to do something different and unexpected. The visuals had to be different. The dance had to be forward-thinking to raise eyebrows and make Elton and Britney proud. To capture this magic, we shot around all my favorite architectural locations in Mexico City and brought on choreographer Jacob Jonas who does the best contemporary choreography today. Getting the best dancers, crew and access to some of the most private locations in the world was simple as everyone wanted to work with Elton John and be part of his legacy.”

In addition to the music video, it was announced that three collectible, limited edition CD singles of “Hold Me Closer” will be released in November. Each of the three unique discs will feature different artwork — one with the original single artwork and the other two with fan-voted art. Each CD will also have a different track list.

Ryan Reynolds shared on social media that Deadpool 3 will feature Hugh Jackman’s return as Wolverine, and also shard the sequel’s release date — Sept. 6, 2024.  In the video clip on Twitter, Reynolds speaks to the camera while Jackman walks by in the background. Reynolds asks Jackman if he’ll play Wolverine one more time, with him responding, “Yeah, sure, Ryan.”  Wolverine’s claws slash the Deadpool logo, before revealing the film’s release date.

Deadpool 3 will be the first Deadpool film made since Disney acquired 20th Century Fox. Deadpool was part of the X-Men universe at Fox, and introduced Reynolds’ character in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and included other character cameos in Reynolds’ films.

Jackman previously stated that 2017’s film Logan was his last appearance as the character. Logan was set in the future, as Wolverine’s powers were declining, so there is room for him to appear prior to the events of that film.

Billie Eilish has shared two live videos for her recently released songs “TV” and “The 30th.” Both cliips were filmed in the Cloud Forest at Gardens by the Bay in Singapore, and were directed by Singaporean director Choānn and were shot in partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board, as part of their international recovery campaign, SingapoReimagine.

Says Eilish: “Singapore was one of the first places I ever went on tour. I was only there for a day and absolutely fell in love with it. The Cloud Forest is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen in my life. These two songs really are just very important to me in a lot of ways. I feel really connected to them and very personally protective over them, and I wanted to have some sort of peace with the songs that felt really intimate and personal. It just felt really comfortable to do it in a place as beautiful at the Cloud Forest.”
